Basic Towny commands:
/town new [town name]
use _!
Example: /town new Noob_Ville
if you did /town new Noob Ville
your town would be called only Noob.
/town set perm outsider [build/destroy/switch] on/off
What this does:
This makes it able for players outside of the town be able to build,destroy,or open doors/chests if on.
/town deposit
Allows you to give the town money
REMEMBER once you deposit you can't get it back unless you ask the town mayor!
Examples: /town deposit 25 /town deposit 5000
/town set taxes (Mayor)
allows the mayor to set the taxes per real day.
Example: /town set taxes 25
/tc [message]
Allows you to speak in town chat.
/town leave
Makes you leave the town
/town assistant add [resident name] (Mayor)
Makes a town resident into assistant
/town claim (Mayor/Assistant)
claims land for the town
/town claim outpost (Mayor/Assistant)
Allows you to claim land not attached to the town
/town toggle [pvp/fire]
/town toggle fire: Allows town residents to place fire.
/town toggle pvp: Allows town residents to fight eachother (if server has pvp on)
